NoxCred treats your privacy as a core design principle, not a legal formality. This document explains — in direct, everyday language — what data our mobile application ('App') collects, the reasons we collect it, and exactly how we safeguard it.

Installing and using the App indicates that you have read and accepted this Policy. If any part of it is not acceptable to you, please uninstall the App. We recommend reading this alongside our Terms of Service, which governs the rules that apply to your credit account.

Data We Gather

Delivering a reliable credit service requires us to collect specific categories of information. Below is a transparent account of each one and why it is needed.

2.1 Personal Identification Data

To create and verify your account we collect your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and the relevant details from your government-issued identity document. All data is encrypted before transmission and stored exclusively at: server.noxcred.com

2.2 Device & System Information

Your device transmits certain technical details — including model, operating-system version, network IP, and Google Advertising ID — which we use to maintain platform security and service reliability. None of this information is used for advertising or creditworthiness assessments.

2.3 App Inventory Metadata

To guard against fraudulent activity, the App may read metadata from other applications installed on your device, limited to package names and installation records. We do not access any app content, passwords, messages, or usage data. This information is used solely for fraud prevention.

2.4 Camera Permission

Uploading identity documents requires camera access. Any image you capture is immediately encrypted and transmitted to server.noxcred.com for verification. The image is permanently deleted once the process is complete. Camera access is never activated passively or without an explicit action by you.

2.5 Location Access

If you grant permission, the App may use your approximate location to confirm that our service is available in your area. We do not collect or store precise GPS coordinates, and location data plays no role in advertising or credit decisions.

2.6 Performance & Diagnostic Data

Anonymised, aggregated usage data — such as navigation flows, session duration, and error reports — helps us diagnose issues and improve the App experience. This data cannot be traced back to any individual user.

When your account is closed and any mandatory retention window has elapsed, your data is either permanently deleted or rendered irrecoverable through anonymisation. Specific retention periods vary by data category and the regulations that apply.

Age Requirement

NoxCred is designed for adults. We do not accept registrations from individuals under 18, and our identity verification process is built to detect and reject underage applications.
